Perfect Shine Grey Bleaching Powder provides gradual bleaching activities to create stunning highlights. Suitable for both natural and coloured hair, it can lighten hair up to 5-7 tones without damaging it. Adjust desired lightening level by combining 30g of powder with 30ml-60ml of cream activator (10vol., 20vol., or 30vol.) based on hair type.

How to Use

- Follow instruction inside for Preliminary Test.

- Mixing Ratio: In a non-metallic, plastic, or glass bowl, mix 30 grams of Perfect Shine Grey Bleaching Powder with 30-60 milliliters of cream activator. The cream activator can be 10vol. (3%), 20vol. (6%), or 30vol. (9%).

- Application.
