Perfect Shine Blue Bleaching Powder is ideal for lightening services requiring a gradual process; it can lift hair up to 5-7 levels without damage. It can be used safely on all hair types, ensuring that your results meet customer needs while protecting their hair. 


How to Use

- Before applying the product to your hair, it is essential to conduct a preliminary test. Follow the instructions provided in the packaging for the preliminary test.

- Prepare the mixture: In a non-metallic, plastic, or glass bowl, mix 30 grams of Perfect Shine Blue Bleaching Powder with 30-60 milliliters of cream activator. The amount of activator needed depends on the hair's structure, porosity, and the level of lightening desired. You can use 10-volume (3%), 20-volume (6%), or 30-volume (9%) cream activator.

- Mix thoroughly.

- Put on protective gloves before applying the mixture to your hair. Section your hair into manageable parts. Using a brush or applicator, apply the mixture evenly, starting from the roots and working your way towards the ends.

- Keep on for recommended processing time.

- Rinse and cleanse.
